Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all hangtags attached, ensuring the gear is free of any pet hair, odors, or signs of wear.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
